Meet Our Team
Ruairi, Terence, Moya and Lauren. Meet the Team.
He originally set up GHR Consulting as he noticed a requirement for SME's to have access to hands-on HR support to assist with the running of these businesses, without the additional cost of hiring an internal HR support. He recognised that business owners could save time and money on their HR and Recruitment requirements by outsourcing the function to a locally-based HR provider.
When not reading up on all things HR-related, you will find Ruairi running along the promenade or following his beloved Celtic and Ireland around Europe.
With such significant experience it's no wonder Terence is our ‘go to’ for employment law legislation. A strong believer in ‘company culture’ Terence works with businesses to cultivate a greater work/life balance across the company hierarchy, while maintaining strong productivity and an eye on growth at all times.
Terence’s work ethic ensures he puts blood and sweat into finding the best solution for our client, but makes a point of reserving his tears for his long suffering relationship with Galway GAA and his loyalty to Glasgow Celtic.
If you’re one for walking the prom you’ll often find him sipping coffee or dipping in Blackrock, all under the watchful eye of his loyal chocolate Labrador ‘Snoop’.
When she commenced her post-graduate job hunt, Moya wanted to find a position that allowed her to utilise her academic background whilst immersing herself in the modern world of work. Luckily for us, she thought GHR might be just that company, with just that position and we're delighted to have her on the team.
You'll often see Moya sitting on the prom policing slow walkers and ensuring a steady pace is maintained at all times.
Lauren is actively working with onboarding new clients and assisting with the generally exciting duties human resources presents on a daily basis.
When not in the office Lauren is often found looking for missing or poorly addressed postage around the building.
